Orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, your shipping time will vary, but you can typically expect it in 3-5 business days. We do our best to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible!

If your order was a pre-order, please check the order confirmation for your estimated ship time.

All returns are for store credit only and must be pre-approved by Southern Traditions. If you would like to make a return, please email info@southerntraditionsinteriors.com and let us know which item you would like to return along with your order number. The item must be in the original condition (no usage or tags removed). If the item appears used, Southern Traditions has the right to refuse to return or exchange. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be mailed to 263 Cibolo Ridge Drive, La Vernia, TX 78121.
