We bring our style advice and expert eye, but most importantly, we cater to your unique style and do not push our personal preferences.

We do our best to work with all budgets and source from a variety of vendors. This includes affordable stores such as Pottery Barn, all the way up to custom, to-the-trade-only sources.

We extend trade discount off MSRP pricing to all of our design clients, provided that Southern Traditions has an existing trade account with that vendor and is also the one making the direct purchase. We do not receive nor do we extend any kind of discount made through budget, wholesale retailers such as Amazon, Target or Wayfair. Likewise, we do not endorse nor do we typically recommend these retailers. You get what you pay for! Should we use any of our inventory in your design, you will receive them at a discount.

It begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your needs, goals, and budget. Based on the consultation, we can provide initial planning, sketches, specifications and budgeting as requested. Once approved, the design process will proceed. You can expect guidance through each step, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience that accomplishes your budget and desired feel in your home.

The timeline for completing an interior design project varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. During the initial consultation, we will assess your project requirements and provide an estimated timeline based on your specific needs.

Alexa has extensive experience in commercial builds and interior design projects, including restaurants, office spaces, medical clinics, and retail stores. She understands the nuances of a commercial build and can create professional and captivating environments that enhance productivity, customer experience, and brand identity.

We are happy to partner with any general contractor or sub-contractors with whom our clients already have a pre-existing relationship. If you’ve already started on a kitchen remodel with a general contractor but decide that you’d like to hire Southern Traditions for full interior design services or just a paint color or finish consult, we’re happy to work alongside your existing remodel team.
